The principal and founder of APEARS is Andrew Johnstone JP. He is a past National Member of the Trustee Corporations Association and is an associate of the Australian Trustees & Executors Institute. He  has over 16 Years experience in the Trustee Industry in Australia.  He is also an ASIC approved external Compliance Committee Member of Managed Investment Schemes.

In 1999, APEARS  was established to specialise in the administration of Australian assets for foreign estates and trusts.

We have been providing and developing this type of service for over 16 years. In that time we have formed relationships with many registrars, revenue authorities, banks, estate agents and insurance brokers. These have enabled a more efficient delivery of services to legal firms and trust companies from around the globe.

Since inception we have assisted in the administration of Australian assets for over 700 estates and trusts.

The professionalism of the service has led to referrals being provided by several of Australia's leading Institutions.
